Brett fans, rejoice! Our popular Brett Saison returns to the taproom this Thursday. This beer won a bronze medal in the brett beer category at the 2016 Great American Beer Festival, and we’re bringing the recipe back for a late-summer encore.

Our Brett Saison begins with our standard house saison. Then we bottle condition it for at least four months with two strains of Brettanomyces, resulting in a funky farmhouse character you’re sure to love.

- Golden straw color, slightly hazy
- Effervescent mouthfeel
- Earthy, fruity and peppery tastes with a dry finish
- Brett characteristics with a farmhouse funk
- 6.5% ABV, 21 IBU

We’ll be selling 750 ml bottles to go, as well as a limited amount of Brett Saison on draft to enjoy in the beer garden (sorry, no growler fills of this one).

Grab a couple of these corked & capped bottles so you can drink one now and stash one in your cellar. This beer will age well as the brett continues working in the bottle.
