We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you’re able to visit us on Friday or Sunday to stock your fridge!

Swine & Brine is open to the public, free to enter, family friendly, rain or shine! Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome on the patio, but pets are not permitted inside the taproom.

Food and drink tickets will be available for purchase by cash or card for $6 each. One ticket can be exchanged for one beverage or food item. (Some larger dishes may cost two tickets.)

Interested in volunteering? Sign up now and you'll get an exclusive custom T-shirt, free food, and extra tickets to use how you'd like.

All oyster shells are being recycled through VCU's Virginia Oyster Shell Recycling Program in support of Chesapeake Bay restoration, building oyster sanctuaries.

Parking may be limited throughout Scott’s Addition, so consider planning alternate transportation, and please don’t drink and drive!

The Beers

The Beers

Now on Tap

Highpoint DIPA

Our newest DIPA was brewed with Voss Kveik, a traditional Norwegian yeast that finishes clean and allows the hops to shine.

Highpoint DIPA was triple dry hopped, predominantly with Galaxy and rounded out with Citra and El Dorado, for a tropical fruit aroma and flavors of pear and citrus. Fans of hazy DIPAs, this beer’s for you!

8% ABV • 7 IBU

dark rye

Dark Rye is an American imperial stout, deep black with a long-lasting tan head. A rye spiciness balanced by roasted notes comes forward in both aroma and flavor. Dark Rye is full-bodied with a dry chocolaty finish.

pilsner

Ardent Pilsner is a crisp, refreshing German-style pils that finishes dry and clean with a creamy, long-lasting head that leaves rich lacing. #neverstoplagering

*Bronze medal winner: 2018 Great American Beer Festival*

defenestrator

Defenestrator is a ruby brown doppelbock with a malty aroma and mild fruity notes. The clean, full-bodied mouthfeel complements the nutty flavor with malty, bready sweetness that finishes crisp for an easy-drinking, mellow doppelbock. #neverstoplagering

DDH IPA X

This special edition IPA X is double dry hopped with TWICE the standard amount of Citra and Mosaic hops, our favorite combination that provides huge citrus and tropical fruit notes in both aroma and flavor. Double Dry Hopped IPA X is a juicy beer that pours a cloudy, deep golden color, with super low bitterness and a silky soft mouthfeel.

Resilience with coaster.jpg

Resilience IPA

Resilience IPA is a west coast-style throwback, balancing a malty base with a pronounced hoppy bitterness. Deep copper colored, Resilience is the type of classic American IPA that introduced many of us to craft beer in the first place. So raise a glass to a good cause, and enjoy!

We teamed up with Sierra Nevada to support the Butte County community by brewing Resilience IPA. We will donate 100% of Resilience sales to the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Relief Fund to support those impacted by the Camp Fire.
