This brand new recipe brews saison with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops giving this beer aromas of freshly crushed grape in addition to the fruity esters produced by the yeast. This is a pale gold-colored farmhouse-style ale, light-bodied, and low in alcohol. It is effervescent and dry, with an edge of bitterness that balances the big dry-hopped aroma. A hoppy yeast-derived fruity ale. 4.5% abv.
