We were lucky enough to have an opportunity to get several Tokaj wine barrels, and naturally, we made beer with them. After we took a base Saison and barrel aged it in the Tokaj barrels, it raised the beer to a new level. Dry, with a slight sweetness and hints of yellow raisin, we invite you to come try this limited release, rare brew. Available on draft in our taproom only and in 750 mL bottles.
