Floreda Idaho is a collaboration brewed with our friends from Pale Fire Brewing out of Harrisonburg, inspired by a deep cut Simpsons gag. This sour IPA was kettle soured with our favorite lacto blend, then dry hopped with a blend of Citra and Idaho 7 hops. Floreda Idaho is a light, refreshing sour IPA, featuring mild tartness, lemony, piney flavors, and a clean finish.
