From hops to history, “The Essentials of Craft Beer” provides an overview of the fundamentals of beer knowledge. Author Lee Graves will lead discussions of beer terms, styles, ingredients, history, the brewing process, industry practices and more.
Participants will taste samples of various ales and lagers—including those from host Ardent Craft Ales, as well as a variety of other breweries—while exploring the factors that have fueled the current golden age of craft beer.
Join us for two lively sessions, June 21 and 28, 6 to 8 p.m. each night at the Ardent Barrel Room in Scott's Addition.
This is a 2 week intensive course. Your ticket grants you access to both weeks of this 2-part class.
