Join us in the Beer Garden to experience the spectacle of Bierstacheln! This event was such a hit the first time we tried it last month, we’re bringing it back again with even more pokers.

Also known as beer spiking, beer sting, or beer poking, Bierstacheln is an old German tradition that involves heating a metal rod and plunging it into a cold beer. This process both warms the temperature of the cold beer and also caramelizes any residual sugars, creating a rich, slightly toasted flavor profile with a touch of sweetness.

We'll have a fire pit set up to spike some Ardent beers, as well as a grill full of bratwursts to go along with your Bierstacheln.
