Come spend your Labor Day at Ardent! We’re hosting a Pork Pop-Up with our friends from Autumn Olive Farms. Locally raised, sustainable farming methods in the Shenandoah Valley means the artisan meats from this family farm are as good as it gets.

Tyler Trainum from Autumn Olive will be here with the hog, and if your mouth wasn’t watering enough already, we’ll also have greens, slaw, and mac & cheese whipped up by Bobo Catoe and Craig Perkinson from Southbound to round out your meal.

And don’t forget about the beer! We’re opening our doors at noon, so you can swing through for a pint and a plate to enjoy in the beer garden, then grab a growler fill and a 6-pack to go. The Pork Pop-Up finishes around 6, but the brewery will remain open until 9! Happy Labor Day!
