Juicy citrus meets classic hefe yeast. Join us August 5th for the release of our Dry-Hopped Hefeweizen!

Hefe yeast delivers banana-like fruity esters along with clove-like phenols. We thought that would go great with the big notes of pineapple and grapefruit from Hallertau Blanc hops. With a heavy whirlpool addition and generous dry hop, this beer is highly fruity and with lots of juicy citrus aromatics.

Tasting notes: This German-style hefeweizen is golden colored and hazy. Fruity and phenolic flavor and aroma from the yeast are amplified by a generous whirlpool and dry hopping with Hallertau Blanc hops, pleasantly balancing yeast-derived notes with juicy pineapple and grapefruit flavors and aromas. 6.5% ABV, 15 IBU.

The Dry-Hopped Hefeweizen will be available in 16oz pints and in four-packs of 12oz bottles. ZZQ starts serving their Texas-style barbeque at noon until they sell out. Intergalactic Tacos joins at 4pm with tacos, quesadillas, and more. Come by for good beer and good food!
