Berliner Weisse is tart and refreshing, pale straw colored, cloudy and effervescent. Light body and high carbonation complement the clean sour flavor with notes of lemon and citrus, and the low alcohol content allows a hint of the malt profile to shine through.

Flavored syrups are traditionally offered as an option to add to Berliner Weisse, and for this release, we partnered with our friends at ZZQ on a smoked pineapple habanero syrup, in addition to peach/blueberry and ginger/lemon syrups from King of Pops, available only in the taproom!
