Our buddy Phil won the brewer's choice category in the James River Homebrewers Dominion Cup Homebrew Competition, so he had the opportunity to brew his recipe on our pilot system here at the brewery with Rob. Congratulations, Phil! We love our home brewer friends! He brewed an imperial porter, dubbed Baltic Hammer.
