Spring American Sour Blend

Our newest sour blend is ready to go! Spring American Sour Blend arrives on draft and in bottles this Thursday.

Spring American Sour Blend is an effervescent, light-bodied wheat ale that pours a deep golden color. Pleasantly tart, this accessible sour was barrel-fermented with a house culture, then aged in a mix of chardonnay, port, and bourbon barrels for 12 months. This blend highlights raspberry and apricot aromas with notes of oak and vanilla.

6.3% ABV

Spring American Sour Blend will be available on draft and in 330 mL bottles. No crowler/growler fills.

Gaucho will be cooking in the beer garden all evening. We can't wait to see you!

Collaboration Crawl

We're so excited about our collaboration with Blue Bee Cider for the Scott's Addition Beverage District Collaboration Crawl this Saturday! We've got a sour red ale conditioning on a ton of blackberries in a Catoctin Creek rye barrel, and it's tasting gooooooood.

Defenestrator returns

The Defenestrator returns on Thursday, March 15! #neverstoplagering

Defenestrator is an annual collaboration brewed with our friends from The Cask Cafe. This ruby brown doppelbock has a malty aroma and mild fruity notes. Defenestrator’s clean, full-bodied mouthfeel complements the nutty flavor with malty, bready sweetness that finishes crisp for an easy-drinking, mellow doppelbock.

8.7% ABV | 22 IBU

Defenestrator will be available on draft and in crowler & growler fills to go.

Freekin' Rican - Puerto Rican Food Carts & Catering will be the food truck in the beer garden for this release!
