Spring American Sour Blend is an effervescent, light-bodied wheat ale that pours a deep golden color. Pleasantly tart, this accessible sour was barrel-fermented with a house culture, then aged in a mix of chardonnay, port, and bourbon barrels for 12 months. This blend highlights raspberry and apricot aromas with notes of oak and vanilla.

Defenestrator’s clean, full-bodied mouthfeel complements the nutty flavor with malty, bready sweetness that finishes crisp for an easy-drinking, mellow doppelbock.
