Medium body and high carbonation accentuate the soft bitterness, along with mild, balanced flavors of fruity, malty sweetness. Company Man is a crisp, refreshing German-style pils that finishes dry and clean.

Defenestrator & Pink Boots IPA

We're releasing two beers this Thursday: Defenestrator & Pink Boots IPA!

* Defenestrator is an annual collaboration brewed with our friends from The Cask Cafe. This ruby brown doppelbock has a malty aroma and mild fruity notes. Defenestrator’s clean, full-bodied mouthfeel complements the nutty flavor with malty, bready sweetness that finishes crisp for an easy-drinking, mellow doppelbock. #neverstoplagering

8.7% ABV | 22 IBU

* Pink Boots IPA Erin crafted this beer with the Pink Boots Blend from YCH Hops to benefit the Pink Boots Society, which aims to assist, inspire, and encourage women beer professionals through education. Brewed with a blend of Palisade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Loral hops, Pink Boots is a sessionable, hazy IPA with fruity citrus aroma and flavor. Low bitterness and alcohol content complement the soft mouthfeel for an easy-drinking New England-style IPA.

Hazy IPA & IPA 34

We're releasing two new beers this Thursday: IPA #34 and a fresh Hazy IPA!

IPA Batch #34 is a slight departure from our typical rotational IPA series. We sweetened the recipe with lactose and added hops in primary fermentation to haze it up. IPA Batch #34 prominently features Michigan Copper hops, giving this beer a citrus and tangerine flavor with tropical pineapple aromas.
6.8% ABV | 22 IBU
 On draft
 Crowler/growler fills to go

This batch of Hazy IPA was double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops, giving it a big floral aroma and citrusy tropical fruit flavor. Soft mouthfeel and low bitterness are both hallmarks of this cloudy, smooth-drinking IPA style.
7.8% ABV | 8 IBU
 On draft
4-packs of 12 oz. bottles to go

Come try one of each to wash down some tasty food from 2nd Alarm Grill and have yourself a delicious Thursday! Cheers!
